Burj Khalifa is one of the symbols of Dubai’s incredible momentum. A combination of huge money, modern technology and the desire to cross borders.
The Burj Khalifa is 829 m high and is thus the tallest building ever built by man. He also owns several other records, including the highest number of floors (163), the highest elevator or the highest terrace. The construction cost, which was about $ 1.5 billion, must also impress. The skyscraper can seat 35,000 people and is visible from a distance of 100 km. The construction of such a building in the harsh climatic conditions of the United Arab Emirates, amid huge temperatures and sandstorms, required a lot of effort.
On the lower floors of Burj Khalifa there is a hotel designed by Giorgio Armani, above are exclusive apartments for rent and extremely luxurious private residences. Above the 112th floor, offices begin that occupy most of the upper floors. At level 122 there is the At.mosphere restaurant, on the 124-125 floors the At the Top observation deck (at 465 m), and at 148 the highest in the world the At the Top Sky viewpoint (at 555 m).
